Reservation, payment and cancellation policy:

1. Unless otherwise specified a 50% deposit will secure your reservation
2. All refunds due to cancellations are subject to a 15% administration fee
3. Cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival, full refund on deposit less 15% administration fee
4. Cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of full accommodation payable
5. Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable
6. Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, full as reserved accommodation as quoted payable
7. In the event of premature departure or a "no show", the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be payable
